is included in your room rate and options and flexibility are served on our breakfast menu! Sleep late, get up early or take your coffee in your room....then pick the breakfast option that fits your needs:
Weekdays (Mon-Fri) : Wake up to freshly ground Nestle Inn blend coffee and tea service and then head over to Coat Check Coffee
(yes, Coat Check Coffee was just mentioned in The New York Times and Indianapolis Monthly recently). The kitchen resides on the second floor in the former coatcheck at the Athenaeum, a historic 19th century German social center on Mass Ave just two blocks away. They open at 7am and serve until 7 pm. This complimentary option is included in the price of your room. A breakfast voucher will be in your room upon check in. Don't forget to take it with you when you order off their menu. If you can't make it there for breakfast, feel free to use your voucher for a mid morning snack, lunch or an afternoon work session. They have lots of wifi and seating with work stations. Their croissants are hard to describe because they are so amazing!
Weekends: (Sat and Sun) Wake up to our freshly ground Nestle Inn blend coffee and tea service and then make your way to either Henry’s Coffee Bistro
or Louie’s Wine Dive
. Henry’s is right next door and Louie’s is about 3 blocks away on Mass Ave and is a short walk away. Henry's opens at 8am on the weekends and Louie's serves breakfast/brunch from 9am to 2pm. Check out our Breakfast tab above to get more information on our breakfast.
Flexibility and privacy for breakfast reflect the individualized service guests have come to expect at our Indianapolis B&B. Many guests find these breakfast options enhance the unique neighborhood, city life experience at Nestle Inn.

All rates quoted are for single or double occupancy Damage:
Any damage to the guest rooms or Inn, or any smoking in the rooms or Inn will result in damage/cleaning fees being added to your credit card. These fees start at $250.00 Occupancy:
Extra persons can be accommodated for $35 per person. We have a limited number of roll a way beds but will be happy to provide them upon request
Rates will vary for special events and may include minimum stays. Discounts or promotional rates do not apply during these times. Pets:

And, while we love children, only children over the age of 10 may experience the Nestle Inn (unless you are booking the entire house for your family and then you can bring as many babies and children as you like) Smoking:
Nestle Inn and its rooms are all non smoking. However, smoking of cigarettes, cigars and pipes are allowed on the porch or outside of the Inn. A $500 cleaning fee will apply to your room if you do smoke inside the Inn. Tax:
Room rates do not include the Indiana 17% tax for sales and Indianapolis lodging Multiple Bookings:
Whole house bookings and special events can be arranged. Whole house bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of your stay amount is then due 30 days prior to arrival. Special events require a deposit as well and the remainder of the booking is due 30 days from the date of the event.
If you would like to book more than one room, a 50% deposit is required at the time of making your multiple room reservation.
Nestle Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date so that we may have the opportunity to rebook your room (s). If we are unable to rebook your room (s) a $35.00 cancellation fee per room will be charged.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask that your reservation remain as reserved. If we can rebook your room (s) a full or partial refund will be made.
Cancellation for a whole house booking is 30 days notice without penalty. If cancelled outside this policy, the deposit is nonrefundable and the full amount is still due.
Cancellation for a multiple room booking is 30 days notice without penalty. If cancelled outside our cancellation policy, the deposit is non refundable.
The cancellation policy for special events (Indy 500, Gen Con, Big 10 for example) is subject to change at any time and will be communicated at the time of your booking. We sell out quickly for these dates and so we must sometimes adopt a more stringent cancellation policy. Deposits will be collected for special events and again, this will be communicated to you at your time of booking.
